25th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall November 9th, 1989

One of the most interesting times in history to affect my generation and change the political world order was seeing that wall come down.  I will never forget when my professor at FSU threw out our textbook (metaphorically) in my Eastern European Politics class and were using the news and other articles to learn and discuss the changing world of Eastern Europe nations.  It was the beginning of the end of the Cold War and later 1991 break up of the Soviet Union.  Check out the following links to look back and see how the post WWII era took shape:
